At this time, we only accept exchanges. If you feel that an item has been shipped to you damaged, you must send us a photo of the damaged item 12 hours after delivery confirmation and we will gladly exchange your item. Paparazzi Visors™ Our visors are delicate and should be handled with care. On the inside of each visor, there is a thin clear film that can be removed. This is not a damage, but a protective film. You can wear the visor with or without the film. As with any item, prolonged exposure to the sun is not recommended. Our sun is very damaging to our skin as well as products. There are even times when our iPhones tell us to move our phones out of the sun or they will be damaged. Last week we were at the beach and the sun melted our lipstick through two cotton bags. If the Paparazzi Visor™ is heated at a temperature of 80+ degrees for over an hour, the lens will become damaged. Please handle with care because we do not make refunds for this type of damage.
